like a loooonngg dream.
went back to return my uniform with franks..and had lunch and movie before he gOes back to the outback.
and i actually forgot my staff pass & letter ARGH.
i dowan to go back again boOhoOs.
it was raining heavily when we wanted to go to the flyer. tough luck.
and as we alight frm 111 (the bus stop has no shelter), we needed umbrellas 2 shelter us from the rain!
but instead, he dashed out of the bus and just ran into someone's umbrella immediately!
MY GOD. WHAT nerve. i was flabbergasted. hahas.
and henry (the owner of tt umbrella) was equally shocked toO LOL. 'who the hell is so thick skinned to come into my umbrella!'
This photo was almost successful after Anthony tried 5 times! Tall people just can't take photos lOlx.
and YES, strap me to my seat because i totally regret the amt i have to pay (our bill came to $98) but my mind body and soul was thoroughly satisfied with the meal.
The Desperate Houseboy
I had no idea the side dishes were free until ytd but dey're very fast forgotten when the main dishes came in like 10 mins.
BBQ beef: it still rocks the socks out of me! i can't stand this. the gravy's to die for...
Authentic Ginseng Chicken Soup: When drank on its own (as in without shuttling between dishes), the soup's like a treasure. It's got this awesome nutritious feeling and i lOve the glutinous rice inside.
Bibimbap: best eaten when served hot. All of the ingredients mixed tgt with a special red paste. my brother didn't like it when we ate there the last tym but yh says this is the bibimbap taste like the one he had in korea~
BBQ Pork: i didn't fancy this and i'm sOrry for my $98 & for the both of us! becos i guess i rmb-ed wrongly..perhaps it was pork collar that made me swoOn the last time i was there!
no. i dun comment about myself . heEx.
caught Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
i have to admit it's really boring in the middle parts and it's one of my 1st times recently that the theatre is full house.
but it's still a beautiful movie. i lOve the soundtrack and the plOt (?) and the fact u can make the same person so much older and so much younger (brad pitt in his teens wow!) the place dey've been..the scenery was great toO. i mean, who goes out on a date in a yacht and get to witness a rocket taking off!
or brush ur teeth in an open space overlooking the city of india ( i mean i dowan to do that but it's still coOl).
the whole theatre couldnt stop luffing @ the guy who struck himself in lightning 7 times lOlx.
strangely, quite a number of times i asked myself when's this show going to end..althO it's only been like 2hrs 45mins..it felt like i sat there the whole afternoOn lOlx..how ironic.
it reminded me of Big Fish and no, it doesn't end beautifully that way when u were to die as a baby, wrinkled free and no recollection becos the feeling's even worse not knowing what a life u've led.
It's like one of the most tragic things having to watch a young life pass away.
But if u're not patient and focused, u can't really watch this mOvie~
it's a day of mishaps toO.
my shoes, my necklace, my bag, my umbrella!
learnt about some things about the people i like and it makes me sad and even more not wanting to go back to work anymore.
maybe tt's how people feel when dey leave a place, dey don want to rmb it like it's some plague.
i tot i will be different. but it's been one of the great experiences in my life! I must say many memories and friends..so stubborn tt i barely hold on to~
